Non-Refundable Deposit Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit Purpose: The Buyer acknowledges that the deposit provided to the Seller serves as a commitment to reserve a specific puppy and initiate the puppy acquisition process. This deposit is non-refundable except as described below.

2. Non-Refundable Nature: The deposit is considered non-refundable under normal circumstances, and the Buyer understands that they are committed to the purchase of the specified puppy.

3. Seller's Responsibility: In the event that the Seller is unable to produce the specified puppy due to unforeseen circumstances such as the unavailability of the chosen puppy or any health-related issues that would prevent the puppy's transfer, the deposit will be refunded in full or credited towards another available puppy, as per the Buyer's preference.

4. Crediting Towards Another Puppy: If the Buyer chooses to credit the deposit towards another available puppy, the deposit amount will be applied to the new puppy's purchase price. The Buyer acknowledges that the price of the new puppy may differ from the originally chosen puppy, and any additional costs or credits will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Notification of Unavailability: In the event that the Seller is unable to produce the specified puppy, the Seller will promptly notify the Buyer of the unavailability and provide the Buyer with the option to receive a full deposit refund or to credit the deposit towards another available puppy.

6. Expiration of Credit: If the Buyer credits the deposit towards another puppy and does not select a replacement puppy within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the Seller, the deposit may be considered forfeited.

7. Transferability: The deposit is non-transferable to any third party and is solely applicable to puppies offered by the Seller.

8.  Change of Mind: If the Buyer changes their mind about acquiring a puppy from the Seller for any reason other than the unavailability of the specified puppy, the deposit remains non-refundable.

9. Documentation: Any agreements regarding the refund or credit of the deposit must be documented in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.

By submitting the non-refundable deposit to the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions regarding the deposit's non-refundable nature and the circumstances under which it may be credited towards another puppy.
